Previous Experience

Learning the search discipline from the ground up, Paula began her search career in 1995 as a Vice President in the New York office of UK-based, Norman Broadbent International. In 1998, she established and ran the company’s Internet practice. In 2000, at the height of the dot.com boom, Paula joined Christian and Timbers (CT Partners) as Partner. In 2005, she founded and ran Paula Seibel Associates, a boutique search firm, until 2016 when she joined ZRG Partners.

Paula believes that companies typically hire for experience and fire for personality. With proven ability to deliver candidates who possess both the functional expertise and the requisite cultural fit to thrive, she has many repeat clients for whom she has completed multiple searches.

Prior to becoming an executive recruiter, Paula enjoyed a successful career as an opera singer, performing with major orchestras and opera companies throughout the world.
