She is a cross-border leadership acquisition and development consultant who has 20+ years of experience, 12 in Executive Search and HR Consulting with global firms, and 10 in Sales and Marketing in the consumer sector. Carren is a strategic thinker, change agent and a self-starter.

Previous Experience

Prior to ZRG Partners, Carren was the Founder and Managing Partner of TRUST – Human Capital Solutions since 2009. She spearheaded the growth and development of TRUST in the APAC regions supporting clients’ needs in leadership acquisition, consulting and development across sectors.

Carren started her Executive Search and HR consulting career with Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company and MRI as Managing Consultant for the Greater China regions since 2006.

Prior to joining the Recruitment and HR consulting business, She was engaged in the Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Public Relations functions with RCI and IHG.

Education

Carren is a Chinese national, she gained her MBA degree from the University of Salford in UK in the year 2000.
