Scott Kyle has over fifteen years of success working with national executive search firms. Scott’s prior corporate career includes more than eighteen years of recruitment and placement of senior executives and middle managers in high technology, life sciences, consumer products, and manufacturing for Fortune 500 companies.
His recruiting activities encompass both domestic and international assignments in the areas of information technology, life sciences, sales, marketing, and general management. Prior to his career in executive search, he served as a national director of staffing for Fidelity Investments. Before his role with Fidelity, he was the director of global staffing for Colgate Palmolive (New York), where he was responsible for the company’s global staffing strategy.
Scott has been a guest lecturer on recruitment and staffing techniques for colleges, universities, and for numerous organizations including Cornell’s Center for Advanced Human Resources Studies, the International Quality and Productivity Council, and the National Foreign Trade Council.

Education
Scott holds a master's degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from St. Bonaventure University.
