Professional Profile

As SVP of Global Operations, Sandra oversees ZRG’s overall business operations, client implementations and research. Sandra’s background and experience uniquely qualify her to make both immediate and long-term impacts, delivering on higher performing outcomes and increased savings to both ZRG and its clients. As a member of the executive team, Sandra reports to Stacey Mainiero, COO.

Previous Experience

Sandra began her career in executive search in 2006 with Heidrick & Struggles. Most recently, she was a Principal and Global Program Leader at Korn Ferry. She specialized in assignments particularly within the consumer sector and assisted in building out senior management teams and boards of directors. Her practice also included a concentration in healthcare, legal and human resources. Her clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies, privately held corporations to private equity firms. Prior to her career in executive search, Sandra was a corporate attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP, and she later went on to represent high-profile clients in civil and criminal actions.

Sandra is the founder and former chairman of The Young Professionals Committee for the Susan G. Komen, Greater NYC, Breast Cancer Foundation, and served as chair of the board from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, she served as chairman of the Young New Yorkers for the New York Philharmonic from 2011 to 2016 and is now a member of the Women’s Leadership Council to the Lincoln Center. She is a committee member of the Phillips Exeter Academy Alumni for Greater New York and was named to the Board of Advisors and Development Committee of the Hospital for Special Surgery in 2014.

Sandra holds a master’s degree in business administration and a juris doctor degree from Columbia University and is a member of the New York and Massachusetts State Bars. She earned her BA (cum laude) from Middlebury College and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy (cum laude).
