CyberSecurity Practice to Offer Leadership Recruitment & Advisory Services
Once again, the Arizona Valley’s business community is out in front; this time around city and state political and economic leaders are making great strides placing Arizona among the top tier cybersecurity states across the US, along with Virginia, Maryland and California. The Greater Phoenix’s Security Canyon Board, comprised of Valley cybersecurity company executives, city leaders and educators, or cybersecurity investor Ori Eisen’s latest startup initiative in Scottsdale, or Kudelski Group, a Swiss cybersecurity company relocating its corporate headquarters to Phoenix – the broader cyber community is taking note.
ZRG Partners, a global executive search firm that embraces data and analytics to underscore the hiring process, is especially well positioned to collaborate with, advise and enhance the Valley’s multi-pronged cyber initiatives in this regard. Leading their efforts are David Bruno, a longtime fixture in the Valley’s economic development and Stephen Spagnuolo, CyberSecurity Leadership Recruitment & Advisory Practice leader.
ZRG Cyber’s Advisory Vector is to leverage and deploy their deep connectivity across both the US National Security and Wall Street communities. Functional areas of recruitment focus include:
- Senior consultants and business development teams for security services platforms;
- CXO and next-generation leaders for startup and emerging / growth product and services companies;
- CISO/CSO and other digital security thought leaders for larger corporates.
Cybersecurity, as a new growth sector, is still a young, ‘new frontier’ (aka “Wild West”) environment; e.g. abundant information overflow with a whole lot of disconnected dots; where no one person is remotely near to having all the right answers. ZRG Cyber aims to do its small part in building and enhancing this thriving albeit still disparate cyber ecosystem. Among its attack angles, ZRG Cyber regularly pushes out thought leadership content. ZRG Cyber’s bottom line message is it is essential that corporate and community leaders attack their information security challenges with a vigorous risk management and business unit leader mindset.
