Global Life Science hiring demand increases 11.1% in Q2
Europe posts significant increase in hiring demand pulling up the index figures.
Overall global hiring within the ZRG Life Science Index was up 11.1% from the first quarter, finishing at 87.8, the second highest level over the last 9 quarters. Demand for new employees in Europe drove the index up globally as EMEA reported a 34% increase in hiring levels overall. Medical device and diagnostics accounted for much of the growth, with over 1,300 new jobs sited in our index companies alone.
