Professional Profile

Tracy joined ZRG Partners, Inc. in 2006 from The Cornerstone Group, Inc., a management consulting company based in Worcester, MA, where she recruited sales executives. In her role at ZRG, Tracy provides fulfillment support to multiple Managing Directors within financial services, life sciences, supply chain, IT and aerospace. Tracy’s previous experience includes recruiting and human resource positions within both the banking and hospitality industries in North Carolina and California.

Education

Tracy graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a BS in Human Ecology and a minor in Business.

Tracy lives in the Boston area with her husband and two daughters. Since moving to the Boston area, she has been very active in a variety of volunteer organizations, including service as the President of the Junior League of Worcester, Inc.
