Stephan joined ZRG Partners with 13 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining ZRG, Stephan, a business economist, gained valuable experience as a managing director within the Frankfurt office of a global executive search organization. Before entering the world of executive search, in 1999, as a managing director for a consulting firm, Stephan held several different sales and marketing positions in Germany and the European Commission.

Especially knowledgeable in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry, the majority of Stephan’s consulting activity focuses on medical technology companies. He also represents companies that engineer particularly intensive value chain activities. Stephan understands the importance of sales and marketing, working closely with companies seeking to complete important assignments within these functions.

Stephan also does work for ZRG in the Financial Services Sector supporting multi-national banks and lenders in the firm’s top rated Financial Services Practice.

Stephan is fluent in German and English.
