Samantha Foster recently joined ZRG Partners and brings many years of executive search experience to the team. Samantha began her search career in 2004 and quickly excelled in the manufacturing arena, specifically aerospace, where she brought her own background and experience working directly inside the industry to the practice of search. During her years of search, she has maintained a focus on placing high caliber individuals in leadership positions for a variety of technical functions spanning manufacturing, engineering, human resources, and quality. Her range of clients include well know Fortune 500 companies to private equity owned start up companies. Samantha started her career at Lockheed Martin and was chosen to participate in a management rotation program throughout the division for two years. This exposure, early on in her career, to all aspects of a companies’ infrastructure has been invaluable as a search professional.

Military and commercial aerospace including avionics design and manufacturing, composites manufacturing, landing gear systems, castings and forgings; and maintenance, repair and overhaul. General manufacturing and engineering including automotive and other industries.

Education

Samantha is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She also studied Materials Science at Johns Hopkins University in their graduate program.

Hobbies and Interests

Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking as well as playing guitar, interior decorating and making jewelry. She is an avid distance runner and frequently runs at charity events.
