Patrick is joining Bob Chandis in growing our client base in the Asia Pacific region.

He will initially focus on securing new clients for senior level engagements in Industrial, Chemical and Human Resources for globally–oriented clients with needs that require Asia Pacific expertise. He will also support Asia Pacific based clients with needs outside of the region as an expert culture and fit in such organizations.

A Chinese national born and raised in Hong Kong, Mr. Cheung has over 30 years’ corporate experience, primarily in Human Resources. Prior to joining ZRG Partners, he worked for Monsanto Company in various senior management positions in Hong Kong, Singapore and St. Louis, USA. He managed Human Resource functions in Greater China, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and Latin America. Before Monsanto, Patrick worked for Mobil (Exxon Mobil) for many years in Hong Kong and Australia. He was the Mobil Human Resources Director for Greater China and was part of the team to grow the business and build its organization in China prior to joining Monsanto.

Mr. Cheung is a graduate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management from Macquarie University of Australia. He also holds a professional qualification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of the United Kingdom.
