Nancy is a seasoned Executive Recruiter and Social Media Recruiter with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. She has extensive recruiting experience at all levels for multiple verticals including technology, medical device, healthcare and retail. Nancy possesses strong analytical skills, social media networking techniques, the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels, the ability to multitask, exercise sound judgment, as well as ongoing new business development. She presently owns and manages the Boston Technology Professionals Group on Linked In.

Nancy joined ZRG Partners in 2005 as a Staffing Consultant. Prior, she was a Senior Account Executive with IDG where for seven years she was responsible for sales, account management, prospecting, and marketing for their New England and International Territories. During her tenure with IDG, Nancy served as an active member of the New England Human Resource Association.

Nancy holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryant College.

She resides in the Boston area with her husband and two children.
