Mark Coombs has more than 20 years experience in the executive search industry. His experience has included clients across a variety of industry sectors including; consumer / retail, distribution, industrial, professional services, health care, technology and not-for-profit.

Mark’s search experience includes assignments at the most senior levels with Fortune 500 organizations and with smaller privately held client companies in Canada, Europe and the United States. He has been particularly effective in recruiting executives with specific functional expertise in supply chain / logistics, sales / marketing, finance, communications, information technology, and human resources.

He believes in partnering with clients in order to achieve the best results. His focus on personal service, working with a sense of urgency, providing transparent and regular communication on search progress with clients, ultimately delivers the sustainable candidate fit desired by client organizations.

Prior to joining ZRG Partners, Mark owned and operated his own boutique executive search firm, Coombs & Associates. In addition, he worked for Korn / Ferry International as a Managing Director with a specialty practice focus in professional services, consumer / retail and industrial. He began his executive search career prior with a regional boutique firm in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
