Professional Profile

As Head of Global Search Operations, Marianne owns the process of search fulfillment from the point of a signed search agreement all the way through to candidate placement. She joined ZRG Partners in 2003 as a senior search consultant supporting the aerospace, financial services, life sciences, industrial, real estate and private equity practices. In this role, Marianne was regarded as the in-house expert for high-profile search assignments and difficult-to-fill positions requiring persistence and creativity in fulfillment.

Prior to joining ZRG Partners, Marianne spent four years as a consultant recruiting and sourcing for PeopleSoft for the functional areas of Sales and Consulting. Prior to the PeopleSoft assignment, Marianne worked as national recruiting manager for Oracle where she was responsible for difficult-to-fill and executive-level positions.

Education

Marianne graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wheaton College in Massachusetts with a B.A. in English Writing and Literature.

Marianne enjoys competitive swimming, skiing, reading, writing and spending time with her husband and three children.
