Prior to founding ZRG Partners, Ken held executive management positions at AT&T Capital Corporation, Bell Atlantic Capital Corporation, and American Express Business Finance. He has hired hundreds of industry professionals in all regions of the country in these various roles of leadership within the financial services arena. Ken has also been a frequent speaker in the equipment leasing industry events.

Professional Profile

Ken is one of the original founders of ZRG Partners and a managing partner in the business. Ken plays a key role in the overall management and success of the company, running the firm’s corporate offices in Boston.

In addition to these responsibilities, Ken maintains an active recruiting desk with many clients in the equipment leasing and commercial lending area where he has completed a broad array of assignments in the areas of senior management, VP and director level searches and critical sales expansion projects. Ken is the firm’s resident expert on the assessment side of the Zscore process as well as the chief architect of ZRG Partner’s CollaboRATE system.
