Professional Profile

Hélène Johnson joined ZRG Partners in May 2012 as an Executive Assistant based in the Basel office. She is responsible for supporting the European team in business development activities and the search process, as well as managing the Basel Office.

Prior to joining ZRG, Hélène worked for 8 years as Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Ken Clark International in Basel, where she was responsible for supporting the European team in the executive search process as well as managing the Basel Office and the external partners of the Swiss affiliated company.

Earlier in her career, Hélène worked in the hotel, conference and travel industries, as Function Manager for a large hotel in Zürich, as a travel agent in Asia, and as an Information Manager for the Basel Messe.

Education

Hélène is a Swiss citizen. She has a degree in Hotel Management from Lucerne, Switzerland. She has an international background, having lived in Switzerland, Japan, USA, UK and the Netherlands, has travelled extensively and she speaks 5 languages fluently.

Hobbies and Interests

Hélène is married and has three daughters. Her personal interests include tennis, skiing, hiking, travelling, and Asian cultures.
