Fiorella Seiler serves as Recruiting Vice President for ZRG Partners, Inc.

As Recruiting Consultant, Fiorella leverages her broad-based business experience to satisfy her clients’ search requirements.

Prior to her current assignment with ZRG, Fiorella worked for Ken Clark International (KCI); a premium global executive search company within the life science industry. She has 8 years track record of liaising with the Research, Recruiting and New Business Development organization in Europe as well as with counterparts in the US and Asia.

Fiorella began her career in the military. She has started her professional career as marketing and sales consultant and manager in various service related organizations and firms in Germany. Beside this Fiorella worked as a lecturer in educational development of adults for non-profit organizations as well as a free-lance coach, specialized on marketing and sales issues for German and global companies.

Education

Fiorella has a doctorate in political science from King’s College London.
