Professional Profile

Chris Headle serves as Managing Director responsible for ZRG’s West Coast business from the firm’s Newport Beach office in California. He joined ZRG in May of 2012.

Chris is responsible for business development and client fulfillment with ZRG clients in Arizona; California; Colorado; Nevada; Oregon; Utah; and Washington. He works across ZRG’s targeted industries with particular focus in Life Sciences/Healthcare and Aerospace in all functional areas. In serving his clients, Chris often “teams” with ZRG’s offices in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.  He also “teams” with ZRG’s specialty practices when appropriate to provide the highest level of geographic and industry “expertise” to clients.

Prior to joining ZRG, Chris spent over 12 years with Ken Clark International, building the West Coast business and successfully completing hundreds of senior-level search assignments for leading organizations on a global basis. During his time in industry, Chris led the North American commercial organization of B. Braun Medical, a $5 billion medical products company. Previously, he served in virtually every commercial capacity during his management career within parent companies Baxter, Covidien and Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Education

Chris graduated with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in General Engineering. He served with distinction as a Field Artilleryman in the U.S. Army while stationed at posts in the United States and Korea. Chris left active military service at the rank of Captain.
