Cheryl Gonzales joined ZRG Partners as a Senior Consultant in 2012. Cheryl brings a significant eighteen-year track record of success in global executive search. Her background encompasses the successful placement of Vice Presidents and C-level Executives within the Life Sciences, Chemistry, Advanced Technology and Food and Beverage / Consumer Packaged Goods industry segments.

Prior to joining ZRG, Cheryl was a Recruiting Vice President at Ken Clark International (KCI) for nine years, successfully completing hundreds of senior-level search assignments for leading organizations on a global basis. Prior to her role at KCI, Cheryl served as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Caliber Associate, implementing multiple projects within the Life Science and Healthcare Sector. Initially, Cheryl began working in Executive Search in 1994 at the Culver Group. She also held significant roles at Giorgio Armani Corporate and Flying Tiger Line Inc.

Cheryl graduated from East Central State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English.
